The program begins with individual evaluations through state-of-the-art Tendo peak power analyzer and Dartfish video analysis, allowing coaches and athletes to measure power output and see their movement. Training classes consist of small groups led by expert, world-class coaches who are highly trained and certified by USA Weightlifting. Classes meet two to three times per week with workouts lasting roughly one hour each session. In these sessions, athletes are taught and practice how to lift to eliminate injuries and produce more power. Much like current gymnastics and karate programs, each month, participants have the opportunity to test up to the next level.
